Asking someone to come to your home to answer some questions about a remodel is very intimidating. You will almost certainly be subjected to a two- or three-hour long sales presentation. Then, after the sales presentation, you are immediately given an “estimate” and subjected to the “hard close.” You know, the salesman promising you thousands in discounts – but only if you sign today.

We think this is a terrible way of doing business.

We believe that your time is precious. We would never waste it by subjecting you to ridiculous sales presentations and hard closes. Sales presentations are designed to do only one thing – to get you to buy a product they are selling. We believe in educating you, not on trying to sell you.

We absolutely refuse to give you an estimate until we have completed a thorough needs analysis and presented you with at least several different options.

You see, the reality is that no single product is the perfect solution for everyone. It takes an expert to sit down with you and educate you on your options and to explain why some products and materials are more expensive than others. We research all of the products, narrow down your choices, and then we educate you so that you can make the best decision possible.

A great example of this is buying a deck. Should you use wood, composite, or cellular PVC decking material? How would you know unless we took the time to educate and explain to you the differences? Once you were educated, you can then easily pick the material that is best for your needs and that fits into your budget and lifestyle.

Bottom Line: We will never use high pressure sales or take advantage of your inexperience – we will always choose education over intimidation.
